The brokers and their vendors are in the process of sending out the materials – you should have them by the end of next week. We have been in direct contact with the reorganization department of TD Ameritrade, and they are aware of the process. If you have not received the materials by the end of next week, please contact them again. If you are still having issues with them, let me know and I will contact them.
