THATS THE SAME MEMO I RECEIVED, funny the 2007 date in the left hand corner looks like a old sheet of paper used to copy the info about the RS.

Question on that doc: Most people received it by. Was that the only thing in the envelope or was there more. I find it odd that Board Meeting minutes would be sent alone to notify shareholders of upcoming R/S

Also, any thoughts on the lack of trades today??
