AQLV - it won't be to the pennystock? and it would go to the other 50% private side?

Also a high risk penny AQLV that claims to have $50 million of funding on the 50% private side of the company trading vehicle. If their agriculture application works as well as they claim, it would be an incredible winner. I have been in close touch with Craig Hoffman for about a year and he strikes me as a very determined intelligent CEO. It is hard to believe the technology when you first hear about it, but I bought fairly nice position awhile back and noticed a huge influx of orders today. Is the funding coming? I don't know, but there sure is sudden interest coming in from from Frankfort also.http://www.aqualiv.net

Who gets the actual loan? the public side or the private side owned by Craig? Has the SEC weighed in on this setup?

AQLV, the interesting thing going on is that 50% passive ownership Craig sold to AQLV. SEC didn't like the way they strucutured that. Think about it, a public company owns half of something but has no say in how it is run or operated....Craig kept all the control in his 50% ownership of AQLV. That's what the refiling is all about in SEC eyes. Then we find out the money guys are only interested in Craigs half of AQLV, the private half. Will the SEC let private 50% of AQLV Craigs half do whatever they want and not force AQLV public company who owns the other 50% of Aqualiv to disclose everything the private half of Aqualiv is doing. For example can Craig raise the $50 million secured against his 50% and then public AQLV never discloses anything about the financing because it only involves the private half of Aqualiv. Will the SEC allow this or will Craig be forced to give up some of that control and force AQLV to disclose all the dealings in their filings. This is fascinating to see how it turns out.

No, but it affords the opportunity for a nice, long 4 month pump!
