Yankee, most investment sites cannot keep up with the dilution rate of penny stocks and are extremely unreliable for this type of info... I suggest that you always check the filings for the most recent data...
As of 12/7/2011 there were 377,046,081 shares outstanding, per this filing (page 6)...
SFMI is constantly selling/issuing stock to pay for their burn rate of about $1,000,000 per month... and the filings warn that this will continue for the foreseeable future...
Be well prepared for a much higher O/S, along with the effects steady dilution has on a stock... The people claiming "theres no dilution" and/or its "over" have not a shred of proof to support their blatantly false claims. Trust only the filings.
