Good to hear from you, Best2. Fines were collected from the Useltons and GGI (remember them?). WAAAAY back in May 2009 the SEC invetigator told me something like this. (from my aging memory)

GGI paid over a million in fines for their role of selling unregistered GFCI shares and kicking back to Dial. Don't count on this, but with fines like this the intent is to not put all the money collected into a Government fund. Often defrauded shareholders get some restitution from them.

There shoud be a pot of money that will bring some justice to defrauded folks.

Note: "Should be" does not mean "will be"

Another Note: One of the DOJ press releases said that Evan Jarvis had "agreed" to pay 2 million plus to the DOJ. I don't hold my breath when a scam artist agrees to ANYTHING!
