My statement of "fact"...
is it has already been "PROVEN" to be a scam once before.
As far as I'm concerned until they "prove" otherwise, buyer beware. They certainly haven't proven anything yet other than they can still operate as they always have...
No sellable product
No sales
No meaningful contracts
No verifiable, measurable tests, but now the company admits to failed tests... (see SEC)
Insiders with no accountability to shareholders
The SEC with them in their sights
etc... etc... etc...
Very little has changed with this horrible company except some of the people, of course this has "always" been a revolving door for opportunists at shareholders expense.
Oh and of course they've changed the name 4 or 5 times...
