Give it up Bylo. Your motives have been discovered.

Friends and shareholders:

I apologize for bothering or alarming you on a matter which many of you are familiar with from my prior correspondence, but there is a post this morning on the Raging Bull which demands that I address it with our shareholders.

On post number 10333, "ByloCellhi" claims "GAMZ CEO Selling Stock! ....Over 500,000 shares!!!!!" This is absolutely false, is ill-intentioned, and even the most cursory review of the public information which he so proudly points to clearly indicates that I have "acquired" additional stock in GameCom/Ferris.

Management at GameCom/Ferris takes our SEC filing requirements very seriously, and we strive to follow the absolute letter of the law. We are required to file and disclose all of our transactions involving stock of this public company. Some companies do not, but we file our required Form 3s and 5s, which, in our case, involve our disclosure, also made in our 10-Ks and 10-Qs, when we acquire additional shares in our company. In each of these instances referred to, GameCom/Ferris management acquired shares in exchange for advancing funds or guaranteeing bank loans to the company, as opposed to raising capital through other more dilutive funding opportunities.

Let me repeat again and be perfectly clear: No member of the current management team which arrived in 1997 has sold a single GAMZ share.

One more thing. There have been over 10,000 posts on Raging Bull about our company. Many mention me and our current efforts. While some of those are appreciative, others are critical. In a free society, and with a public company, people are free to state their opinions of our efforts as they wish. However, libel -- intentional or negligent falsehood -- crosses the legal and fairness lines, and will not be tolerated. Lest anyone be mistaken that they can remain in anonymity forever, I respectfully suggest they acquaint themselves with current established legal precedent requiring message board operators to divulge names and addresses in response to a subpoena.

I apologize for the intrusion, but this falsehood that I've sold 500,000 shares of your company's stock had to be addressed.

These are simply my personal comments, and should not be relied upon in your investment decisions. I strongly urge you to conduct your own due diligence with regard to an investment in GameCom/Ferris. I respectfully refer you to GameCom/Ferris' filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

L. Kelly Jones, GameCom/Ferris CEO

BC then more or less apologized to avoid trouble.
