I agree the Promark relationship is a big question mark at best. No doubt the Tooleman is looking into whether it's worthwhile to continue. Maybe they've got some sort of contractual obligation and are going through the motions to let it expire without any nasty lawsuits to deal with.
I believe IceCAP is a new trademark. Could be the Tooleman at work. Please don't ask me what IceCAP means exactly. We all know one trademark won't help much. Anyone can slap a TM on any term that's not currently claimed (and is not a common English word). If the technology behind the trademark is sound and there's a solid marketing plan to build the Iceweb brand, IceCAP may eventually have some value.
