Suggest you read the sticky on the timelines involved. But easiest to skip it all, and just scroll to the bottom and read #99, it's got your info there.
NOBODY has received one yet. The disclosure statement {did I mention the sticky, it has the link to it} has what you WILL be voting on, etc.
*AND* most importantly, it's your BROKER where you must get it from -- and they should mail it to you, or email info.
Again, stickie gives the details.
Perhaps after reading the sticky {yea, those yellow things at the top, that are 'stickied'} then if you still have questions, please start a Q&A for everybody's benefit.
I'm sure folks will appreciate that.
And once you start your Q&A thread, if you will keep it updated. Perhaps call the first one 1.0, and the second one, with your updates, 1.1, etc.
