Roger:
For my 2 cents I would guess that this is not a scam. Two reasons.
1- The choice of business is not conducive to the hype necessary for a successful scam. I would be more concerned if we were selling a new "gotta have it" technology. Remember all of the Y2K companies that sprung up in the 90's? Lot's of failures and or scams there. New tech is another good arena. Implanting chips in people, new vision correction techniques, software that every company simply "must have." These are greener pastures in my opinion.
2- The presentation was so unprofessional and unpolished regardless of Victoria Duff's last minute conflicts that I have to say if these people are executing a scam it will never get off the ground.

Other wise:

Veltex is a brick and mortor operation with too much that can be verified as soon as they make the required filings.

None of the above gives me any confidence to invest in the company. The fact that the presentation was so poorly done coupled with the issuance of shares at depressed prices while bragging about profits added to the fact that I cannot verify anything independently regarding the trucking business does not give me confic=dence that the company will succeed. The stock price itself says alot.
