I certainly do not claim that Veltex is a scam. All I say is that I doubt that it is, as of now, yhe jewel the company describes and I do not know what value this company will have whenever the information is available.

Unprofessionalim and lack of respect for shareholders by not informing them APPROPRIATELY did turn me off. Matin admitted past errors and appologized for them but obviously he has not proven that he understood from past experience...yet.

I said it earlier, if this is and has been a scam, it did fail miserably up to now, the shares having been sold for peanuts. Adding new shares short term will be seen (by me at least) a trial to repair the failure. I cannot beleive they will try that.

Let's see what the (short term) future will show...

shrotker, I like the logic you used in the first part of your last post. I agree with you.

With respect to the shares being dumped at rock bottom prices, I think this was a necessity to cover down payments and monthly payments on the many new trucks recently purchased. Keep in mind that there will be a 45 - 90 day lag between providing trucking services and receiving payment on new contracts / trucks placed. In other words, VLVT overextended itself early in the cycle to purchase its initial fleet IMO. It's the only logical explanation I can come up with.
