I brought these stocks years ago when I was positive about risk/reward. But now that I watch them fall every day, despite our 'settlement', I can't help but feel like it was a mistake. I was in this pre-seizure. I followed the trial diligently and for years I expected some sort of a cash settlement.
I have to believe that the EC did something good for us. I can't believe a group of fellow shareholders on an EC sanctioned by the judge, lawyers like Sussman on our side, all the great testimony made on our behalf, etc. won't help us. Today it just seems like the wealthy 'powers that be' will get what they want because they are 'above the law'.
I know we get the same number of Newco shares no matter what the PPS is now. It just seems in my mind that the lower the PPS is upon exiting bankruptcy, the lower the price Newco will start at.
