Green everyone is not 40 or 50 years old....myself I don't want to wait 5 or 10 years down the road....if I could get what I need ( not want ) the sooner the better....we have gone by owning this stock.... from zillionaires to hoping for something and not sure what that something will be.

Large Green, how can we force the criminals (i.e., debtor) back into the court (in six months) when the settlement is releasing them?

You also said, "This company has ALL of the ingredients to make any company successful." Except we have very little income.. In order for the NOLs to be valuable, we need income.

Roger that LG... I have said it many times (along with others) that I have not seen anyone fight so hard to keep "equity out of the money" for over THREE YEARS... only to (recently) in FACT, find out that we are "IN THE MONEY".

I will remain patient.

Large some of your reasoning is valid while much of it isn't. You make a lot of claims of which have yet to be proven both good and bad.

To long to explain here but you should provide more proof of what you claim even if it is just your opinion.

2. FDIC/JPMC asking for our Releases with our eyes shot blind, under duress with huge volcano of FRAUD will cause the strings of future law suits for these Releases being NULL and VOID....Hence, This whole thing is not over, until and after, Sussman and co....Iron out the loose ends and come clean with the shareholders, convincing us that we are NOT taking over an EMPTY SHELL, as the NEW CO....IMHO...Mon
