Anything that has had a "promotion" is on that list. Many are not real companies, some are. I wouldn't want to hold any of them long term. I think all would agree that we are holding this one longer than we had hoped.

Nonsense. A pump and dump is a company that using these penny pumping companies to pump their stock and nothing else. If you pay for a ad campaign even once through one of those penny pumping companies, technically, you are a pumper and usually a dumper. Plus, if you did the research on all of the company's they list on that site, I guarantee you, most of them are exactly that.
I personally love the site and believe it it's purpose too.
They are merely advising people what is right for them to know.
