Word, Al. Pumps and Dumps is a GREAT resource; whether you use it to avoid P & D's or whether you use it to track the ones you play.

Likewise, Penny Stock newsletters and e-mails. I subscribe to many, and if three or four tout the same company the same days, you may have a winner if you know how to play.
