Yes, & aside from the accountability, honesty, integrity & FACTS
they laid out solid clear rationale for their logic/behavior.

Moreover, at the end of the day, they penalized themselves for
not hitting their performance targets-- even AFTER deferring
salary to help the company along.

These guys are ONE in a MILLION. I have NEVER come across a
company that operates this transparent with this kind of integrity.
All CEO's should take note, these guys are a CLASS ACT!!!

TDGI is a BUY!!!!

I was actually disgusted by the immaturity of about 3 people who attended the chat. It is one thing to go to a message board and act like a child, but to take that level of immaturity to a shareholder meeting was incredibly inappropriate. Regardless of what some want to think, TDGI is a real business and deserves a certain amount of respect for putting on a shareholder meeting. If you want to trade the stock, if you want to buy cheap shares, that is fine by me, but a line was crossed today by several people and it was embarrassing to watch the chat. If I was EP, I would disable the chat next year and tell shareholders to email questions for consideration, time permitting. TDGI deserved better than what some people gave them today.

About The Shareholders Meeting

Enjoyed the SH meeting except for the distractors in the chat. I am going to write to Eric and recommend that in the future, when there is an opportunity for shareholders to interact with the crew in attendance, there be a registration procedure with a cut off date for legitimate shareholders of record to be provided access, afterall it is called a "Shareholder Meeting". The level of negativity and disruption made the experience less than rewarding and beneficial to me as a shareholder, this was simply extreme heckling and disruptive activiites that if they occurred at the actual meeting the disruptors would be removed from the audience in attendance.

Whoa Whoa Whoa

These exact measures were put into place. You were supposed to be a shareholder of record by Dec. 15, 2011. I tried to honor this at the company request.

I agree, a shareholder meeting by definition is for shareholders.

That a few chose to ignore common courtesy and then proceeded to act less than desirable, is regrettable but out of my control.

I spent hours last night on this, most of this morning, dealt with about 40 people in multiple forums and media 20 minutes before the meeting.

A few received the Email, I never did, so there must have been a problem. I was not sure what to do at 10:55. However, I would rather multiple non shareholders gain entry than even 1 shareholder not be able to see the information being presented for their benefit. So a few minutes before, posted here for all to see. I was late for the meeting, but made sure every other shareholder that I could had the opportunity.

The Company tries to do everything up front, transparent and the correct way. Yet a few strive to gum up the works at every chance they get. Today a few that were not entitled to the info, gained access to it and made public nuisances of themselves. What are you going to do? You should not have to baby-sit adults.

Please, no public response to this is necessary.

I just think every one should have some idea of what is going on around here.
