Enjoyed the SH meeting except for the distractors in the chat. I am going to write to Eric and recommend that in the future, when there is an opportunity for shareholders to interact with the crew in attendance, there be a registration procedure with a cut off date for legitimate shareholders of record to be provided access, afterall it is called a "Shareholder Meeting". The level of negativity and disruption made the experience less than rewarding and beneficial to me as a shareholder, this was simply extreme heckling and disruptive activiites that if they occurred at the actual meeting the disruptors would be removed from the audience in attendance.

I appreciated eric and Fred being somewhat humbled by the 2010-2011 performance and their acceptance of the state of delivered goods and services being less than projections.

They took ownership and responsibility, and yes there is room for improvements, and I have been reassured they will honestly and as transparently as possible take this small fledgling company to higher levels and represent the shareholder interest in a positive way.

It takes time to build something of value and not everything in your lives can be instantaneouly successful or pleasureable. learn patience and be rewarded.
