sorry to disapoint !!!! but i don't read all posts, i do lurk and observe, but i can't see everything thats mentionned also note that im on a free account so i cannot search ihub in a blink with their premium features and don't forget i don't only have TYTN in my portfolio & i don't only trade pennies, i do have other things in life that keeps me busy so i may get distracted and miss things here .. lol


as i said earlier i was feeling lazy at that momment but "Suspect" reached out and pointed me in the right direction ;-)

Splits - F/S or R/S do not include the A/S.... The A/S is a different company decision... A forward split may demand a raising of the A/S but a reverse will not!!!

A/S can be split, like you said above in bold, if the company decides to include it or not in the RS, it's their choice right ? ;-)

Bernanke, if TYTN is a scam compnay just for Mark Leonard to personally make money, then yeah, the A/S will be left in the billions. I guess that's why most here say when a penny stock does a R/S, it's always 99% BAD news.

But say just for argument sake that ML really wants TYTN to become what Rhino was and wants his tractor company to prevail. The he needs to "fix the situation" with this R/S. So of course it is going to be a proportional split. If not, everyone will laugh and the stock price will just plummet after the R/S and it
WILL HAVE BEEN POINTLESS for his business. It is going to be a challenge enough for the pps to steadily climb afterwards anyway.

So I think he knows his business will get going with steady sales and a revenue stream this coming year.

So to review, if he does anything other than a proportional split, it does TYTN NO GOOD.

We shall see. But it needs to be ASAP, like last week...LOL
