If they miss the payment date for 2002/2005, they lose another $22 million.
If they continue to act like petty thieves, they could lose almost $50 million in interest on the above, which might otherwise be forgiven by IDCC.
If they file a frivolous action in attempting to upset the award, punitive damages could be assessed.
Nokia is risking almost $100 million if they continue stalling, not including damages.
Although some will say this is peanuts, it could be almost half of the $250 million award.
