haha, yeah I know BCS and Evercore pay attention to that, but I'm worried they could gamble and drag this SA out even longer, and if they do, maybe Apple, Google, Intel, etc won't want to pay a high premium, or as high, maybe the BOD wants $175, well if things are falling apart in Europe, then maybe the bidders only want to pay $110? Which is obviously still profitable for shareholders, but not worth dragging the SA out longer...
