I am not an investment advisor, but bottom line is minimally you must turn in your ballot marking 'yes' to releases to insure you get shares in the new company. Do this in plenty of time before the Feb 29 deadline. Or sell quickly, take your cash now and never look back. All else you are asking is too much to explain here.

After you have finished all BENEFICIAL HOLDER BALLOTS, signed & dont forget W-9 Form !!!, you send it all together to your broker, bank ....whoever.

...together with a letter of advice, that you will sue them if they miss the deadline (Feb 9, 2012)
