Operations in Brazil.

Brazil: Demographics
Brazil has a population of 190 million people, which makes it the most populous country in Latin America and the fifth most populous country in the world.

Brazil’s ethnic composition is 55 percent European descent (primarily Portuguese), 38 percent a mixture of cultures (African, German, Japanese, Amerindian, and so forth), 6 percent African, and only 1 percent Amerindian.

Approximately 29 percent of the population is between 0-14 years old, 66 percent is between 15-64 years old, and only 5 percent is over 65 years old.

Immigration was a major determinant of the population structure in Brazil. During colonial times, Portuguese and Africans immigrated to the northeastern region of Brazil. During the period between 1821-1945, approximately 5.2 million Europeans immigrated to Brazil, settling in the southern agricultural regions. After World War I, the Japanese community in Brazil grew to become the largest expatriate Japanese group of the world, with more than 1 million immigrants.

Funny! the discussion was about whether or not it's correct to call each OFFICE, an AFFILIATE!
I'd vote NO...Whatever happened to that survey, anyway???

Care to weigh in on THIS issue about the CONpany???

I've asked before why FFGG is not listed as a related party transaction...
you always avoided the question!!!

What a SURPRISE!!!

Maybe YOU can confirm whether or not THIS refers to CBAI???
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1486526/000135448811002320/ffgg_s1a.htm
(a small entry I ran across in FFGG's filing...take a gander at page F-10)
Note 4. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

The Company entered into an agreement with a related company through common management whereby the related company has agreed to buy the Company's product in bulk in order to obtain a discount on the purchase price. In this regard the related company has prepaid $30,000 during the quarter ended March 31, 2011 for these products. As of March 31, 2011, the related company had not ordered any of the Company's products and none had been shipped.

Is THIS CBAI??? "a related company through common management"???

WHO ELSE COULD IT BE??? What other person in the management of FFGG
has a company that would use $30K of ice cream cakes???
On the other hand...we know CBAI DOES!!!

WHY is it not CLEARLY stated as to WHO it is???
WHY is there no entry in CBAI's filings???
Or can YOU show where it is in CBAI's filings???
CAN ANYONE ELSE FIND ANY REFERENCE TO FFGG?
TO THE USE OF ICE CREAM CAKES AS GIFTS FOR CUSTOMERS?
Yet people on this board have confirmed that they received an ice cream cake...

BTW... Between MATT, Stephanie, all their different iterations of Pyrenees, and Red Bowl Trust,
Matt ACTUALLY HOLDS 75% of FFGG shares!!!
Yes...those are REAL SHARES, NOT OPTIONS!

Matt does not have 3 Million shares of CBAI, as was stated on this board yesterday!!!
FAR FROM IT!!!
"3,681,316 (3)
That NOTE (3) says THIS:
"(3) Includes 3,210,422 currently exercisable OPTIONS held by Mr. Schissler, and 55,690 shares and 229,627 options held by Stephanie Schissler, Mr. Schissler’s wife. Mr. Schissler disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares beneficially owned by his wife. Percentage calculation considers additional outstanding of the potential options listed herein."

Matty holds 185,577 ACTUAL SHARES + he just bought 11000 = so 196,577
and Stephanie has 55,690 shares.

THAT'S .2% FOLKS!!! Yes... that's a POINT ...they hold 1/5th of 1%!!!

BbaAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!

That's a REAL SIDE SPLITTER, right there!

PERCEPTION IS REALITY!!! and the perception HERE is
that Matty has used CBAI as a cash cow to finance his OTHER business!!!
Can we expect another "massive" BUY any time soon?
Or will Matt be DUMPING more shares this year???
