This is seriously all speculation, but BioGeron, if I am not mistaken came from ZLUS sale of Health and Wellness Partners to AGEL. And when I say sale, I really mean move. All the players are the same, just moved around. Seems Health & Wellness partners is still around based on Gary Gottlieb's LinkedIn Profile (he apparently was VP of Operations for BioGeron). Also, ZLUS sold their media division, Zealous Interactive, to offset some debt but their main assests, Stiletto Magazine and TheAdultSpot.com are active again. I know a couple of the players here are huge players as far as ZLUS went and am wondering if they are going to try to move H&WP and ZI into this shell and try to make them viable.

I will be keeping a close eye on the corp status for AGEL, that will be the tell tale signs.
