This is not confirmed. Is it worth anything and who would want to buy it? Just because a PR says it sold, doen't make it true. If so, you'd be sitting on oil well money. The fact that the same players are trying again to get theadultspot and Stiletto Magazine off the ground again means that it's all right where it's always been, along with the debt.

Health and Wellness Partners was already moved to this shell. Remember that is how Milton Ault, Michael Edwards and the late Lew Graham came on board this company. This company was in the Super Krill Oil business before Vince Molinari and Lori Livingston joined and changed directions.

What you are proposing is the same as the when the company announced changing its name to Biogeron. Biogeron and Health and Wellness are the same thing. H&WP and Zealous Interactive didn't do anything while at Zealous/Corestream and were failures. Why do you think it would be any different here?
