I ordered on the 30th but order did not process until the 3rd due to the holidays. So it' really only been 5 business days. USPS I believe normally takes around 5-7 business days.

ditto...long term...I was being nice as customer service is very lacking...if I receive a response as I just sent them an email asking for a date the product left the warehouse, I will make everyone aware
