And that's assuming the product was shipped the same day you ordered it.
Some companies accumulate orders and ship them all at the end of the week.

I also ordered on the 30th. I have not received the product yet but still confident it will arrive. However, it would be nice to have more clarity on when it should arrive.

Today is the 7th business day, not the 5th, since product launch. But you also have to remember, mail still delivers on Saturdays so this would be the 8th mailing today. Product should have been here by now if they were on top of things, as they should be.
