8.77% of 30% to commons.

Dime gets 2.6% of Reorg shares and some cash that will probably be wiped out due to fees and expenses....IMO.

What I meant is that WAMUQ get's 21.23% of NewCo minus the 8.77% for DIME.

So it looks like class 22 gets 21.23%
