There are definitely allot of "what if" scenarios here. But, it's highly unlikely they can get this to over $4 on just the catalyst involved in this stock right now. They would really have to hit it out of the park on these trials. I think the RS is a good idea at some point, and would definitely benefit the company and stock price.
Doing an RS on strength is different from doing it on necessity to stay listed on some exchange. ACT would be doing it on strength.
