This could be the rare case when an RS actually helps the share price......

Right now most institutions can't get involved......share price is too low.......

Raise the share price into the multi dollar range and a lot more deep pockets can jump on board........

Hit 5-7 bucks and another group of institution can buy......

Hit 10+ and many more can take a position.......

I've seen it happen before......

Not saying that will happen here........just throwing out some possibilities......$$$
