I have to say I do not entirely disagree with the notion that this maybe a way to pay two shareholders back for all of the help. It is very common to do something like this and I do not think it is unethical or sneaky at all. The bottom line is that it is legal to do.
I have shared opinions of these two gentlemen before and I would like to see them gone.
Remember, Tytan Holdings, Inc. - a holding company. Sits at the top of the pyramid. Beneath it we have Tytan Tractors and now Tytan Financing. Who knows what else could move in... a YTO USA wing? A bit of a shell game perhaps, but it needn't mean gloom and doom. Again, it all boils down to sales/revenues. We need more information. Let's hope we get it.
