You are comparing apples and oranges.
1. One billion is the old high of TGA, you should have used the current market cap.
2. You are using 2013 projected production number. Current production is only 650 bpd. It is a low risk ramp up, but there are still risks.
3. The stock is currently trading at 9.5c, how can it raise money at 10-25c?
