The company isn't selling. They don't even have any shares to sell. But look at the filings. It's that note being converted from the lender pure and simple. Until that is either paid off or its arranged to where they won't sell anymore, this is what we are going to see. These guys don't care they just want their money. I am hoping something happens soon to fix this. That being said, a market cap of even lets say $250 K at 250 M OS is a joke for a fully reporting company, let alone one that does revenues like this one does. But it is what it is.
