It wasn't a sub-penny but I have been in HAF*D for a long time. It reversed a little over a month ago. I was way underwater when it traded under a buck. It now has me almost back to even.

I'm not trying to compare it to TYTN. Just an example that not all is doom and gloom in the world of RS.

Win,lose or draw TYTN is still by far my favorite stock ever!

There is only one reason to do an R/S. To sell more shares and further dilute existing shareholder positions. Once you have sold off 100% of the company the only way to open up available percentages is to R/S. The primary reason, why I still see the PPS in the 2's, is because I suspect the MM's were up to their ass in naked shorts and they were convering at the expense of people wanting to get out like myself. Once all the shorts are covered, this will drop to no bid like a turd in an outhouse.

My limited experience with r/s were not in penny stocks, so, for what that's worth... one I went thru and held till after the r/s was qtww, which was trying to maintain nasdaq listing. it went from .60 to $6 and dropped as far as $2-$3 within a month and i sold at a loss somewhere in between; but, i continued to watch the stock for a while and within another 2 months, with a little time and some big contracts the thing went a dollar or so above the r/s price(not for long and as of today its under $1) another one I watched, but did not own, specifically said it did the r/s to attract certain level of investors that required a minimum pps. after the r/s it actually went up, from $7 to over $10 in a short time and I quit following it. Of course, all the others I saw, I watched long enuf to see it go bad, but haven't followed up on many. After the r/s and a little time goes by; I hope that business takes off, contracts(JV) and dealerships emerge giving this thing some value, and if the o.s. can remain low, the stock will actually have a chance. but, i ain't holding my breath, but i'm holding my shares.

A few of us are in another one now and we're holding between 70-90% of the proportionate value post split. It was 1:1000 from .0001 to .10. We may well be looking at a similar situation here if TYTN, in part, wishes to be less of a target for brokers distancing themselves from pennies. That was not a stated objective, but may be part of the rationale. If so, it would be prudent to make that case, IMO.
