seems like doc newman is off again

imo, and like i said last time and was wrong, they may just wait to get auci current and start reporting financials again. if that may be true, feb 15th would be the, still imo, the deadline for this.

but to be perfectly honest, if this isn't done by then, it's been well over a year and i'm going to have to sell. i'm by no means a patient man, and this merger is taking longer than necessary.
