spencer, I don't understand T Carpenters logic, if both sides requested the delay, why would IDCC agree to give ERICY more time to prepare for trial against them? If the judge ordered it , it would follow that she needed more time to get up to speed. Apparently not the case. With both sides requesting the delay I can only think of one major reason, settlement is close. Otherwise I would have to believe IDCC management and F&J do not have the IDCC shareholders best interest at heart. If I believed that I would not be here nor own the stock.

who cares what an analyst says, we all know from this year that they are full of garbage, carpenter's stupid logic is that ericy will wait to see if the trial goes bad and then settle, how stupid is that, if idcc sees the trial going good they are not going to let ericy off the hook
