What would be the grounds? They have a mulit-year multi-million dollar contract, nothing says they have to release its details if the client asked that they withhold it for a period of time. The only grounds would be if there was conclusive evidence of no contract, which I am not aware that anyone has proven...
If no contract ever comes out, I will be one seeking legal action. I will add that I do not think any good would come out of legal action except satisfaction. No money will ever be returned.
