I concur. I still believe that they abused our trust that fateful day and it hurt many of us monetarily! I give them this first quarter to come up with a contract from Host as promised.

My ground work has been laid for a month or so now.

If there is no contract and they flat out lied during that CC they all need to see prison time! Many here bought big based on that "news" and the promise of big things to be announced soon. They went on to sell nothing other than a 1,000,000,000 shares.

Any talk of suing someone for failure to perform is just talk. Taking someone to court and spending how much money for $500 investments? Come on folks, it is too late and I doubt there is any actionable issues. Sit back and enjoy the struggle, because Tivus is in the midst of a real battle to survive. R3
