vg: I agree with you that the fact that IDCC agreed to the postponement it a posotive. I am just praying that they get it worked out before March 22.

My 'sources' tell me the parties are targeting February 14th for a settlement date becuase it is an appropriate day for the beginning of a new and beautiful relationship.

Why would Judge Lynn schedule the pre trial a week before she had to if she needed more time?

I attended the last shareholder meeting and Harry was really pressing for a trial date and an end to the ERICY saga and all its implications. IMO its highly unlikely that he would have postponed it unless serious negotiations were under way.
