That turned out to be a material fraud...just like the rest of this stock. Mark had my support until he flooded the market with shares and then decided on a RS. The financing company is just a way for MArk to add shares to pocket $$. Period.

The agreement is pretty simple. It's an oral agreement - they're the ones that are not enforceable unless there is a duty to perform (Business Law 101). Not directing this at you, BTW.
