It wouldn't surprise me if suddenly one day HNSS was tradable again at TDA.

Since they aren't allowing buys or sells, effectively TDA customers are cut off from accessing HNSS trading, be it on buy or sell side.

If HNSS moved up significantly and those shares were unfrozen at higher levels, potential sellers would be happy, potential buyers mad. Or, vice versa if down.

Since it's a TDA isolated situation, all it will take is TDA deciding to allow trading again to open up the market to TDA clients.

That could easily and likely will occur at some point, when, idk. Could be soon, could be a while, could be not at all. It's happened before on other stocks.

So, I suppose forced patience is required for those with TDA accounts. If I planned on trading OTC much though, I definitely would dump TDA.

u cant transfer them, so what the hell are you suppose to do with them.

Fidelity will not accept a transfer of any securities under 75 cents. This does not mean you can't transfer them to another brokerage. I would try a different route.

Good Luck!

I'm in the same boat. You can read my prior post to see what I have went through with tda. My person opinion is to call them and give them hell. That's what I did and the more who do the better. Sooner or later they will have to change their position. Go HNSS.
