Sooner or later they will have to change their position.

I would think that if HNSS came through on their MicroFill technology and the pps appreciated to a higher (and sustainable) level, TD would be more than happy to let you buy and sell shares.

But in the meantime, I agree with you, TD customers need to call and give them hell.
