Nah. I just think it's a combination of many factors;

1. Unknown newco value
2. Unknown amount of time shares will be locked up
3. Unknown if POR will pass


Simply put; a lot of unknowns. The EC Q & A provided nothing substantial. So now you roll the dice and see what happens with the newco, if the POR gets passed and when it ever trades. Not too many people want to take that risk with their money, and thus all classes are dropping.
