Happy camper - Clayton also told me on the phone tonight that there weren't any unexpected delays in the pipeline construction - which means that since the contract deadline of July 23rd(60 days from 5/24) we could expect a PR a couple days after that - I'll go out on a limb here and predict 7/26 for Midway pipeline PR.
