Don't feel stupid...it is hard to tell a scam, especially with limited information. Know how much you can afford to lose, and set an amount you want to gain, then get out. I have made a pretty good return on MILV and others that may be scams, but you really have to watch them. It really is gambling....

BTW I am holding on MILV right now. Too early to bailout...

The best info in the news alert you got about MILV was in the "disclaimer" for that news alert company.
Find it and read it carefully. They can buy shares on the open market before they release their "news alert" to their subscribers after being paid either by the company or a third party with cash and/or shares. They relase the alert and start selling their own position. I think it's a crooked system and the SEC and the DoJ should shut them all down and lock them all up.
