I believe that the judge will not be "deprived" of anything. It seems to me, the way this process works or has worked, she can decide anything she wants. Maybe she will just pull a decision out of a brown paper bag and that will be the end of it. This whole porocess is irrational and makes absolutely no sense to me. Waiting for the gavel to drop; whatever will be will be.
