Thats what I am thinking too.

They presumably support the 70/30 split as part of their settlement with EC, and I think will be voting YES to the plan and releases.

I think they agreed to support the plan as creditors, so that the judge has the one impaired class of creditors voting yes that she needs to confirm.

Not so certain that the SNH's agreed to vote their equity in support.

Also, recall that the SNH's at one point thought equity was completely out of the money and they may have dumped a lot of their shares right after the GSA was announced. Not so certain they have that many shares left; that is one reason why they were concerned about the IT charges.

Jack...exactly! If the HF's had some objection to the 70/30, we would have read about it already. That said, I think JMW will consider the APR and much like an alley cat marking its' territory, adjust it a whopping 75/25...just because she is the alley cat in the black robe and she'll spray where she wants and let everyone know she really means business.....(yucka, yucka, yucka)
