But what gets me is the EC's support of the 70/30. She is aware of the brutal fight we have done just to get a piece of the pie. Granted, its not a guarantee that if preferreds were to vote no that there will be an alerting of the percentage split.

Thats the problem Claw, Voodoo is not just telling himself, he's telling the entire board which is very dangerous,imo. It's dangerous for those who actually think that Voodoo might possess a wealth of knowledge and knows what he's talking about.
