Why soon ICTY could see Blue Sky:

Now before we go any further here, notice I say 'could' and not 'can' or even 'will'. 'Will' to me in the strict sense of the word is 100%, 'can' is 75% and 'could' is sometimes a 50-50 toss-up, but here with ICTY more like 60/40 odds...and 'might' to me btw is 25%, so ICTY ain't that bad: but based on several factors I mention below, to me it's more than worth the risk vs. reward odds, and worth a starter position at least...:


First let's really peice apart the wording from their first of two merger PR's to see what treasures may lay inside them...here is the link to the February 9th, 2012 PR:

...and here I think are some special caveat highlights we need to re-examine again...me included so I am almost doing this to 'think out loud' logically and see what we have, if anything,here worth investing in:


"EyeCity.com, Inc is currently in late stage negotiations with two mining companies as merger candidates. The Company has a Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvent Agreement with the parties. Both companies are in the advanced stages of their mining exploration, with significant holdings and mineral deposits to explore and meet the requirements for a public company."

...so I like the phrases: late stage development; not one but two mining companies to merge with; both companies in advance stages of mining exploration with potentially big mineral deposits and both meet the requirements for a public company. Check, check, check and good!


"Completing both of these transactions is management's current primary mandate contrary to much negative public opinion. We expect to be able to announce completion of both transactions within the very foreseeable future."

...again here is the refernce guys that this could be a TWO COMPANY merger into ICTY: "both". And I like how it should happen soon - and that the company is kind of putting out there that they want to prove the public wrong: always a good motivator...

Once the merger is complete management will step down in favor of these industry experts more qualified to run the company's expanded operations."

...hmmm: so what they are really saying to me is that they have no problem letting more qualified owners and management take over, but what do they care if they make a killing in the then massive pps run if they do this all right?

...Summary of all of the above: now these are just words, and this is a Pink stock, but these are about as bullish of words imo that can be legally said in a PR about a merger in process - without actually announcing it lol!


Now lets move onto the next and last PR on February 23, 2012 - an update on the meger process:

...these two regions of the world are solid and known gold producing regions. Also to make it clear they are specifically after 'the gold'. And I like how it's reitierated again in this PR that these merger 'targets' are sought because of 'reported resources' AND now we learn for longer term growth as well...

Independent Geologist? Excellent! They are certainly attempting to come out with the clearest fact-based merger they can...again all so they too can make a ton of dough upon leaving the company and stepping down: i.e. again they are trying very hard to sew their Golden Parachute - wouldn't you if you had a chance, and your 'final' job at a company was to find the best merger candidates to make the most money possible?



"The planned structure with the two companies is an exchange of assets/share structure for the merger. The consensus of all parties in the negotiations is to do the exchange with a preferred series of stock in ICTY.

The objective of the preferred series is to protect existing shareholders and avoid dilution of common stock. Wow! SO to protect Us Common Shareholders the merger would be assets for share structure of Preffered Shares going to new company BOD. How can any of us not like this? And then once again the company makes very clear how lol! CLEAR they want to be with the financial 'authorities' and trasnparent, and how ANY rumours about this merger are FALSE.....: KEEP SEWING GUYS - !



What I also like about ICTY is that I see only one name change in last 13 years - and that was back in 1999, meaning this isn't like their third merger in last 7 years..always trying something different and probably selling shares into any run of pps:

What I don't like is the Share Structure here at 5 billion AS and just under 2.3 billion OS as you can also see in the above link. Some here have said that the CEO was talking of a share reduction - but I can find anything on it, though maybe others here can point me to a link...though if any commodity out there can compensate for such a large AS its gold - and the price of it. Higher AS penny Gold stocks have even cleared a dime - so this is not as bad as just about any other commodity/product/market out there if you must have a very large AS.


What I like though is that we live in a post GD$M world where that Trip Z penny stock just went from .0004 to over .03 cents in several months, though on 'only' a JV deal with an option for 3.5 million to aquire claims outright...imo any claim with more than a mere 10,000 mineable oz's of AU would not sell for that little:

Though the SS here at ICTY is about 7 times larger in both OS and AS then GD$M, we are potentially looking at a complete merger of all assests of two LATE STAGE expoloration gold mining companies - not in merely a Phase One to begin when funding is secured...BUT this didn't stop this stock from these massive gains...and also it looks like some money and Posters have already come over here to the ICTY Board to see if it can all happen again: Boardmarks rising everyday tell me this - and this penny game we all play is mostly about anticipation...


...so yes, the IHub ICTY Board is growing, and even some outside Penny Sites have picked up on the ICTY vibe as maybe 'The NEXT BIG GOLD PLAY':

Finally, realize the potential pps RUN here: a mere 100,000 mineable oz's of AU would be about $180 million dollars and even a pps fully diluted AS 5 billion - a run to a penny doesnt seem unrealistic, or a five bagger from here. But why go through all the trouble of joining such geographically diverse gold mines with say only this average 50,000 oz's of AU each? TWO gold mines in these parts of the world could imo each easily have 100,000 oz's, then perhaps a pps run to .02? .03? and on and on...the higher the mineable ounces that we could all get from an INDEPENDENT GEOLOGIST, the higher that it could send this stock into pennies pretty quick, then turning the heading of this post from 'could' to 'will' see blue skies...:



We shall see - time will tell and so will this chart: any dips keep getting bought so far since .0004.

Of MERGERS and GREEN LIGHTBULBS...


The first run had some huge news of new and exclusive revenue for VPER worldwide:

Well this RUN in March should be even better and sustained because we still have the above India and Saudi deal in place, and probably actually generating big revenues NOW for VPER...and this time VPER is not merely talking about some mergers on the table: they have given us specific, short term dates when the deal is suposed to be done: March 31st and mid April:

SO to me I am a buyer....I buy on the dips....: as Kop said the money ball is here, things are lining up: the merger with a profitable company AND to get to sell something exclusively perhaps nationwide soon like the PowerDisc, whose incandescent market is, well in the billions and billions of dollars: and growing lol! Many people have already begun stockpiling incandescent lghtbulbs which I am sure will continue cause of the phase out to CFL and LED.

To me that means A PRODUCT LIKE THE POWERDISC COULD NOT COME AT A BETTER TIME...why do you think they are moving so fast to start selling them days after VPER signed the contract to carry Envirolite's PowerDisc?:

So in summary:

VPER has the market covered both with 'Old School' lighting and 'New School' lighting. They specialize in LED lighting which is the future....AND the old lightbulbs we all love that sell in the hundreds of millions each year - they are going to sell a device that sticks onto these existing lightbulbs and it will save almost half in energy and last ten times longer...the PowerDisc.

The PowerDisc seems like an easy sell to me, and almost seems like I am making it up when I told someone today about it lol:...go ahead anyone out there and tell a friend you heard there's a device you can buy that can make your incandescent lightbulb last for 10 years all the while using 45% less energy:

I BET THEY SAY SOMETHING LIKE: "...Seriously? No way! Thats cool!" lol


1). How many lighbulbs are in your home.? (You will be surprised after you count how many).

2). How big is the existing lightgulb market? Is there still a demand for incandescents?

3). If you saw this in a store would you at least consider buying it?

4). ESSENTIALLY THIS TURNS YOUR OLD LIGHTBULB INTO A MODERN LIGHTBULB...into something close to the performance of a CFL.



AM I DREAMING OR DOES THIS HAVE HUGE POTENTIAL?


...I am not dreaming, cause after everyone else REREAD this same PR I did last night: WE TRADED 150 million shares and went up 80% 36 HOURS AFTER THE PR.


So go ahead and sell...I and others will buy the dip .. this imo aint a three day wonder cause real things are about to really happen....really dude....

ICPA: I C Potential....eh? lol

...first of all this is really Whopperman's March pick against me that I am now re-gifting to myself (so the "EH? celebrates his Elvis-Canadian roots hehe)...which actually he got I think from Buckhunter...

So here is the Potential that I see in the next week of trading: April 16th to April 20th to be exact....and with truly Real and Non-Fluff NEWS: Monday the 23rd could be big too - and of course beyond. But cause we are all impatient penny-players to some degree or more, this simple one-week window works efficiently for all of us.


So here are 7 Simple Potenntial Reasons Why ICPA could RUN this Week:


1). First of all the CEO who has said that he doesn't like pump and dumps and fluff PR's, who is in front of the camera often and even invited a couple IHub lol posters from the ICPA Board to the 'Static' Premier Event a couple weeks ago (one poster JTDynamite actually went and took pics: see Stickies on Board if you want)...well this transparent CEO of 'the People' said that there are some big things happening THIS UPCOMING WEEK: 4-17 and 4-20 on his Twitter page:

3). I like how ICPA is an OTCQB stock, and that in the 10K from several weeks ago the Dec. 31st, 2011 OS was - 355,108,685. Now this number could have been increased on the several pps runs this year - but the pps moved 30% last Friday on only 12 million volume so thats a good sign to me that I think half the float is locked up (page 17):

That leaves about a float of around imo 200 million (...again because I think that they have diluted some shares during the runs this year - I dont know this until next Q, but IMO). And with no salaries taken until they start generating a lot of money - I would say that a): they are confident that they will be successfull and their enterprises will make money to withold an official paycheck for their entire company for so long. And b): The CEO and CFO know they will get an extreme double-bonus if all those COMMON SHARES they own go way up in value...




So if there was ever a week this year for ICPA imo this would be the one...leading to my last point and


#7): The chart the last 10 days shows not always higher highs - BUT ALWAYS lower lows. Also click on the one month tab to see this. Then click on the one-day tab and Friday's chart to see that not one person bid-whacked for five hours...I watched L2 when I could from work, and much of the day the pps was @ .0031 x .0035...when peeps noticed that no one was exiting, mini eod rally happened:

...So in the end I dont know where this could RUN too. They have diluted the OS some ten times in one year which is horrible, but also that is how they have imo promised to pay their employees in the future by awarding Common Shares instead of pay last year: so then imo instead of toxic financing they have decdided to increase the OS: I prefer this to toxic 'outsider' financing: everyone in this company wants the shars price as high as possible, and that will only happen now if their big success so that they can actually get paid lol.


BUT: any-either-other-way I think ICPA could run this week pretty hard and into news Friday- last year the pps went up to .25 ents, but the AS was four times smaller and the OS was ten times smaller....so perhaps a RUN DMC up to .025 area is not out of the question in short term or a 6 bagger from here....

...but who know it might not even RUN at all, and only put in what you can completely afford to lose.

Though I think this is a great 'buy on rumour' kind of situation my Hobbits...

Finally I have been keeping a tab on BoardMarks cause like the A Train they began for all intensive purposes near zero, so not a bunch of bag holders from previous runs...in fact alittle traded last 6 months. 75 BoardMarks late Sunday night, and when I just left to write this quick DD literally the number went up by two when I had to go back and get these links lol...now at 112! 37 in one day aint bad bro!

SO: SIPN could Breakout and Up Tank going into this Summer with their own produced TV show - highlighting their ready to now market new prodcut line of foods via possbile commercials, tie-ins and brand placement of the show - or infomercials as stated in the PR for when?: right around the corner guys and THIS JUNE ON NATIONAL TV lol...we will have to wait to hear or see which advertising vehicles they choose to use...

OK let me first say that this company has been VERY shady in past...just looking at how many different company's they have tried to be in past as well as how many RS's they have done makes everyone justified to not imo buy into it - also they are in default status with the State of Nevada:

3). SO if this is all legit, and I don't see why not with the three PR's this month about this aquisition....then the market cap as of today is tiny and way too low:

Now let's split the difference from info on Manta.com and say IonLite is doing &1.75 million a year with 382,000,000 share OS is a pps of .0045,

GRBG's pps with no multiple fair value then is more than 15 times less where it should be or .0045.



4). ...and speaking of September PR's - the last one before these was back in November, 2011. This is always a good sign that things are picking up, and with the new ionlite company perhaps there will be more frequent PR's...:

5). IonLite has a nice webpage that shows all the different ion products. There was a company (zvt*) several years ago that ran with around a billion OS to .014 from .001 based on them just about to sell their own CFL IonicBulb that cleaned the air (btw I still own all four of them four years later and they still work). Well ionlite has ion air cleaners for a couple styles of CFL lightbulbs AND ALSO for USB/office, for pets, for travel, and even an 'As Seen on TV' mini ion finger lights...:
