One Man's Garbage is another Man's GRBG?...lol:


OK let me first say that this company has been VERY shady in past...just looking at how many different company's they have tried to be in past as well as how many RS's they have done makes everyone justified to not imo buy into it - also they are in default status with the State of Nevada:

...anyone still now reading though, lol, realize that they just aquired a company with real products already selling: ionlite out of California. GRBG also has named the founder of ionlite Bill Kinsey as the new CTO, VP and Director, so things are moving towards a new start:

So yes I am not blind I understand that it may always be garbage - though if they start cleaning things up like getting out of default, getting rid of Caveat Emptor and coming out with new filings...then this garbage could turn into something much more desirable. Thus the time imo to buy at least a starter is now near the bottom of bottom charts...and here are 5 simple things I like going foward about GRBG:



1). The share structure is sweet and has NOT changed going on 6 months now. From the IBox above we can all see that the conversions and dilution stopped last March:


O/S as of 03/27/12 = 382,661,109

and

Float as of 03/27/12 = 347,484,714

and best of all imo: AS 500 million!::::

3). SO if this is all legit, and I don't see why not with the three PR's this month about this aquisition....then the market cap as of today is tiny and way too low:


$114,600.


Now let's split the difference from info on Manta.com and say IonLite is doing &1.75 million a year with 382,000,000 share OS is a pps of .0045,

GRBG's pps with no multiple fair value then is more than 15 times less where it should be or .0045.


4). ...and speaking of September PR's - the last one before these was back in November, 2011. This is always a good sign that things are picking up, and with the new ionlite company perhaps there will be more frequent PR's...:

5). IonLite has a nice webpage that shows all the different ion products. There was a company (zvt*) several years ago that ran with around a billion OS to .014 from .001 based on them just about to sell their own CFL IonicBulb that cleaned the air (btw I still own all four of them four years later and they still work). Well ionlite has ion air cleaners for a couple styles of CFL lightbulbs AND ALSO for USB/office, for pets, for travel, and even an 'As Seen on TV' mini ion finger lights...:

Finally here is a video of one of their lightbulb ionizers - I personally think they should attempt an infomercial - and you get their small car travel ionixer for free lol...watch how the smoke swirls around and disappears: this is because the negative charged ions latch onto the postive charge smoke, making it too heavy and falls too ground...just like with other tiny 'debris' in the air:

SO: this Trip Z penny dumpster-dive could reap you yes more garbage, OR once more clarity and trust is established by this imo 'new' company (that was simply a shell before for all intensive purposes) --- GRBG shares @ even .001 could soon become one man's little treasure.
