Everyone needs to keep digging until they get answers to these very serious issues, once fully addressed, and I dont mean with a sweeping under the carpet,

1. Share Structure: ALL shareholders have a right to know what the current SS is... A/S, O/S, Float NO guessin, just real up to date figures!, I know for a fact that Pharmstars Transfer Agent has their own policy to not give out any info, unless authorized by any company, which means they are gagged, but Howard could easily authorize one of us to contact them, and get the current share structure.
2. Reduction of shares: Howard needs to update Pinksheets, and Deleware SOS, or explain to shareholders what is going on!
3. Funding Transparency: How much funding Pharmstar has towards Phases I(2.8M) & II(3.2M) $:-)- $6M?
4. Pharmstar building: did they close or NOT close on previously claimed statements in their PR's, if NOT what is Pharmstars plans for a NEW location?
5. Aquaprin Tour, is this really a good idea since Aquaprin is NOT a pescription Drug?, Is it really good use of Howards time and Pharmstars limited resources, since Tours cost lots of money($) Airfaire, Hotel accomidations, Conference Halls, Transportation & meals etc...and where is the funding coming from?
6. Pref "D" proceeds? How much total money has been brought in through Preferred shares, and what was done with those funds?
